ABOUT OWEN FOURNIER

My name is Owen Fournier. I grew up on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, and am currently a senior at the University of Delaware studying Environmental Science with a minor in Energy and Environmental Policy. I currently have no photography experience besides taking sunset and bonfire pictures at the beach with my phone, and occasionally used a digital camera on family trips. Even with this lack of experience, I've still always enjoyed photography as a means of capturing the natural beauty of the world around me.

I'm excited about the opportunity to explore photography more deeply through this course. The goals I have set for myself are to:

1) Learn more about the art of photography and it's general process

2) Learn how to use post-processing software in order to edit photos

3) Develop a deeper understanding of the concepts and methods utilized in photography
